What a BDT 4,000, 25,000 and 55,000 website actually includes in Bangladesh

At ResultGrid Digital a one-page landing page typically costs BDT 4,000 to 12,000, a business website of up to 8 pages BDT 8,000 to 25,000, and an online store of up to 30 products BDT 25,000 to 55,000, one time. Domain, hosting, premium plugins and payment gateway fees are extra. The exact price comes after a free audit, in writing.

Why website prices in Dhaka vary so much

Ask five people in Dhaka what a website costs and you will hear five answers. Usually they are describing different things: one page or twenty, your text or theirs, a contact form or a full shop with payments. The fair way to compare is to ask what is included.

Below are ResultGrid Digital's three website plans, written out in full. They are typical ranges, not quotes. Your exact price comes after the free audit.

Which one do you need?

  • A landing page fits one offer or one service: a new salon, an event, a single product, or a page to send ad traffic to.
  • A business website fits a business with several services that wants to be found on Google and Maps. The search set-up in this plan is the main difference.
  • An online store fits a business that wants customers to order and pay on the site. You need your own merchant account with a payment gateway for this.

Many small businesses in Dhaka start with a landing page and move to a business website later. That is a sensible order, as long as the first page is built so it can grow.

Why the price is a range

Two businesses on the same plan rarely need the same work. The price moves with how many pages or products you need, how much text and how many photos you already have, and how much needs fixing before new work can start. The free audit shows us that, and you get one price for your scope, in writing, before you decide.

What is not in the price

  • Your domain name and hosting, paid by you to the provider, so they are always in your name.
  • Premium themes or plugins, if your site needs one.
  • Payment gateway fees, which the gateway charges per sale.

Ask any web designer for this same list before you compare prices. A low quote that leaves out hosting, revisions or help after launch can cost more in the end.

Five questions to ask before you pay anyone

  1. Will the domain and hosting be in my name?
  2. How many pages and revision rounds are included?
  3. Who writes the text, and who supplies the photos?
  4. Is Google Search Console set up, so you can see how people find the site?
  5. What happens if something breaks a month after launch?
