Privacy notice

What we collect when you request a free audit, why we collect it, where it is kept, and how you can see, correct or delete it. Written in plain words.

Last updated: 27 October 2026.

Who we are

ResultGrid Digital is a digital marketing and workflow studio in Dhaka, Bangladesh, run by Mustafizur Rahman. For anything in this notice, email mustafiz@resultgriddigital.com.

How you can contact us

You can request a free audit with the form on our home page, or by email. Both reach the same person. You can also book a call on our booking page.

What we collect

We only have what you choose to send us. For an audit request that is:

When you book a call: your name, email address and business name, your phone or WhatsApp number if you add it, anything you write about the call, and the time you chose.

We do not ask for passwords, payment details or national ID numbers on this website or by email. Please do not send them.

Why we collect it

We do not use your details for newsletters or advertising, and we do not sell or rent them to anyone.

Where it is kept and who can see it

A form request is saved as a file in a private folder on our web hosting, which is provided by Hostinger. That folder cannot be opened from the internet. A copy of the request is sent to our business mailbox, also hosted by Hostinger. Requests sent by email stay in that mailbox. Both need a password, and only ResultGrid Digital can see them.

Calls are booked through Calendly, a scheduling service, and held on Google Meet. Calendly stores the booking details on its own servers, which may be outside Bangladesh, and adds the call to our Google Calendar. Calendly sets its own cookies in its booking calendar; see the Calendly privacy notice for how it handles them. The audit video we send you is a private Loom link, and Loom keeps its own viewing records.

If you become a client, we copy the details we need into our own CRM, which needs a password and a second login step.

To stop the form being misused, the website counts how many requests come from one connection in an hour. It keeps that count only as a scrambled code, not your IP address, and clears it after an hour. Hostinger also keeps standard technical logs, such as IP addresses, to keep its service secure.

How long we keep it

Audit requests are deleted 12 months after they arrive. The form's files are deleted automatically, and we delete matching emails at the same time. If you become a client, the details we need move to our CRM and are kept while we work together and as long as we need them for our records after that. You can ask us to delete your request sooner.

Your choices

Email mustafiz@resultgriddigital.com and we reply within 24 hours. We may ask you to confirm the request from the same email or phone number, so nobody else can ask for your details.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use analytics, advertising cookies or tracking pixels. The booking calendar on our booking page is shown from Calendly, so Calendly can set its own cookies there. No other page loads anything from Calendly. If that changes, we will update this notice first and ask for your consent where needed.

The fonts on this site are served from our own website, so opening a page does not share your IP address with a font service.

Changes to this notice

If we change how we handle your details, we update this page and the date at the top.
