Common questions about automation
What is n8n?
n8n is a workflow tool that connects the apps you already use, such as Facebook lead forms, Google Sheets, email and Telegram, and moves information between them by itself. It runs either on n8n's own cloud, which has a monthly subscription, or on a server. We help you choose; the subscription or server cost is paid by you.
Whose accounts do the workflows run on?
Yours. Every client gets their own n8n, separate from anyone else's, and we set up your workflows there, connected to your own accounts. They keep working and stay yours. You get written notes on how each one works.
What happens if a workflow breaks?
Every plan has a fix period after delivery: 14, 30 or 60 days. Gold and Premium also send an error alert when something fails. After the fix period, the optional care plan covers monitoring and small changes.
Can it send WhatsApp messages?
Yes, through the WhatsApp Business API, which has its own fees, paid by you. Often an email or Telegram alert is enough to start.
